For strenghthening the occupational legal consciousness of hygienic executive personnel, the importance of it was expounded. It was indicated that must pay attention to the fostering of legal consciousness (including administration according to law, rights and duties, bearing the legal liability, subjecting to supervision and enforcing the law rationally). The personnel's quality of enforce the law could be enhanced by means of education of law, checking before employing and promoting and enhancing supervision on hygienic execution of the law.
