Abstract:The formulations, processing techniqes and manufacture environment of chewing gum were investigated for making the national hygienic standard.Fourteen items of 373 samples collected from Guangdong,Heilongjiang province and Shanghai city were examinated.According to the present situation of chewing gum in China and related international hygienic standards, the national standard of it was developed.
