Abstract:In the study on the effect of slimming foods, process of human experimentation were developed with refernce to Examination Procedure and Determination Methods of Functions of Health Foods issued by Ministry of the Public Health. Slimming effects were evaluated in a number of ways, induding clinical manifestation, supplementary diagnosis, height, weight, round determination, fat content, thickness of subcutaneous fat and exercise tolerance. 42 adults of 20% overweight than normal person intaked the slimming foods for 35 days. The self-control design was made. The results indicated the slimming effect of the health foods without side effects.
