Abstract:It was aimed to standardize the supervision of food hygiene in entrusted food production and discuss the currently existing problems in the process of hygienic supervision of such foods such as entrusted food production without regular hygienic license and irregular food labeling, etc. Only when both the entrustor and the entrustee are granted the hygienic license can they engage in entrusted food production. It was some suggestions was made on the supervision of entrusted food production, such as the food permission project, the labeling of products, the main responsibility of supervision and the food permission area, etc. The suggestions may be helpful to the supervision and management of entrusted food production.
