Abstract:Some food safety issues on raw material repeatedly happened in transnational food companies recently, so people question the availability of HACCP. For getting the verity, by analyzing the contents, especially the supplier control of HACCP, this article clarified the doubts about HACCP itself and pointed out that the food safety problems came into being only because those transnational companies neglected the control of raw material supplier, including the supplier selecting evaluation and the annual supplier inspection.
