To ensure the donated food safety during natural disasters,the common and possible health problems and law application to reinforce management were researched. Health management of relief food during natural disasters is expected to be solved in the law of food hygiene. Explicit regulation or explanation is supposed to be made for donated food, and for personnel engaged or temporarily engaged in management of relief food.
