    摘要:

    氨基糖苷类抗生素是一类含有2个或2个以上氨基,通过糖苷键相连的化合物。由于其具有价格便宜、广谱抗菌和促进家畜生长的特点,兽药的应用比较广泛。为提高肉品中该类残留物的检测水平,对氨基糖苷类抗生素检测的放射免疫法、柱前和柱后衍生HPLC法、非衍生HPLC法(电化学检测、ELSD)、高效液相与质谱联用分析方法进行了综述。

    Abstract:

    The aminoglycosides are composed of a large and diverse class of antibiotics that characteristically contain two or more aminosugars linked by glycosidic bonds to an aminocycliol component. The aminoglycosides have been added for many years into feeds of domestic animals for prevention and treatment of infection as well as for growth promotion. Many qualitative analytic methods for aminoglycosides have been reported. This article comprises a comprehensive review of quantitative analytic methods for the determination of aminoglycosides including Radioimmunoassasy(RIA), pre-and post-column derivatization HPLC, non-derivatization HPLC(PED,ELSD) and HPLC-MS. RIA is a useful semi-quantitative screening test for the aminoglycosides in complex matrices. HPLC techniques provide the specificity and sensitivity for studies, while HPLC-MS is widely employed for the confirmation of veterinary drug residues.
