Objective To investigate current situation and problems of sanitary inspection reports, so as to normalize the report of sanitary inspection. Method Samples of sanitary report were randomly collected from the inspection reports submitted by the sanitary epidemic prevention departments of Suining. Results Many problems to which people didn't pay attention were found such as varied and disordered written forms, limited content information, inexact expression and casual signature.Conclusion The pattern and requirements of reports of sanitary inspection should be normalized as a national standard that should be strictly followed by the sanitary inspectors and monitors.
