    摘要:

    目的探索辐照对海产品脱敏的效果,研究辐照对虾过敏原抗原性的影响。方法利用SDS-PAGE纯化的虾过敏原(原肌球蛋白)制备高效价、高特异性多克隆抗体,通过酶联免疫实验研究以3、5、7、10 kGy的辐照剂量处理对虾过敏原与患者特异性血清抗体IgE及多抗的免疫亲和力的影响。结果原肌球蛋白经辐照处理后,与患者特异性血清抗体IgE及鼠源多抗IgG的免疫亲和力下降。结论辐照可降低原肌球蛋白的致敏性。

    Abstract:

    Objective To study the effect of irradiation on reduction of the allergenicity of shrimp.Method Polyclonal antibody was prepared using shrimp allergen(Tropomysin TM) purified by SDS-PAGE and treated with irradiation at 3,5,7 and 10 kGy.The affinity of irradiated TM binding to polyclonal antibody and IgE of patient allergic to shrimp was examined by ELISA.Results It was found that shrimp allergen(TM) after treating with irradiation,the affinity of IgE of patient allergic to shrimp and mouse polyclonal antibody IgG binding to irradiated TM was dose dependently reduced.Conclusion The results indicated that antigenic properties of shrimp was changed and the allergenicity can be reduced by irradiation.
