Objective To advance the quantitative graded administration of restaurants.Method The evaluation data of grade A units in the administration of restaurants were reviewed.Results The following problems were revealed.A number of restaurants took a passive attitude to apply for grade A evaluation.The required materials of applying for grade A unit lacked an unified standard.Some basic sanitary organization responsible for the evaluation did not check on the first examination strictly.The restaurants did not get enough instruction from the sanitary supervisors.The scoring chart for the evaluation was not designed in enough detail.Conclusion There are needs of strengthening the propaganda of the quantitative graded anministration aming the staff of restaurants,conducting the first examination strictly at the prefecture level,formulating unified standard of application material,enhancing the training of basic sanitary supervisors and managers and revising the scoring chart.
