Objective To establish and improve the references of the domestic food recall system.Method The representative food recall modes in 3 typical countries were analyzed emphatically by landscape contrast.Results The perfect laws and regulation systems were established, and the corresponding mechanisms of evaluation and the procedures in recall systems were put into effect in these countries and regions, respectively.Conclusion It was suggested that the food recall laws should be enhanced, and the initiative recall and order recall should be implemented, and the effective recall administrative system should be established, and the method of risk analysis should be introduced, and food traceable system should be improved, and smooth recall information nets should be set up in China.
