Objective To explore the feasibility of communication strategy of international food safety risk information in order to build the mode of Chinese food safety risk information.Method The descriptive contrast method mainly relied on documents analysis.Results Risk communication could not exert its powerful function because of misunderstanding in actual work of food safety.The main points and key links of food safety risk information communication were described.Conclusion The effective system of food safety risk information communication should change traditional mode,and pay attention to open,democracy and multiway,and should be brought into overall framework.
