To understand the progress on food hygienic standard during 30 years of reform and opening-up in China,the achievement,challenge and developing direction of food hygiene standard system were introduced.Food hygienic standard could effectively guarantee the hygienic quality of food and prevent the entry of foreign low-quality poor foods,reduce the occurrence of food-borne diseases,protect consumers' health,and play an important role in technique support.
