Objective To compare and analyze the food labeling administration systems of China with that of USA. Method Review the food labeling administration systems of China and USA, and analyze their differences by taking a contrastmethod. Results Both China and USA paid a great deal of attention to food labeling administration, but some differences in management mechanism, administration rules and ideas between these two countries were existed. Conclusion Insp irationsmight be available from the construction ofUS food labeling administration system, which might continuously imp rove the system of China.
