Objective To compare the sensitivity and accuracy of FQ-PCR and conventional RT-PCR method for the detection of GⅡSLVs in oyster.Methods GⅡSLVs in oyster was detected by FQ-PCR and conventional RT-PCR.Results The sensitivity for the detection of GⅡSLVs in oyster samples by FQ-PCR was 102 copy/μl and that by conventional RT-PCR was 103 copy/μl.The positive rate for FQ-PCR was 4.72%(6/127) and that for conventional RT-PCR was 0.79%(1/127)(P<0.05).Conclusion FQ-PCR is more suitable for the detection of GⅡSLV in oyster.
