    目的 了解兰州市肠炎沙门菌的耐药谱及耐药特点,建立本地区沙门菌基因型数据库,为有效预防沙门菌的感染及治疗提供科学参考。方法 首先对2019–2021年从兰州市食源性主动监测中分离到的94株沙门菌进行血清分型、生化鉴定;其次利用微量肉汤稀释法进行药物敏感性试验,以及利用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)检测41株肠炎沙门菌的指纹图谱;最后,使用BioNumerics(BN,Version 6.0)软件对41株肠炎沙门菌PFGE指纹图谱进行聚类分析。结果 94株沙门菌分属为20个血清型,肠炎沙门菌为优势血清群,占总数43.62%(41/94);41株肠炎沙门菌对喹诺酮类萘啶酸普遍耐药,耐药率为100.00%,其次对青霉素类氨苄西林耐药率高达80.49%,对头孢唑林的耐药率为39.02%,对氨苄西林/舒巴坦、四环素的耐药率均为31.71%,但对亚胺培南、头孢西丁全部敏感;其中26(63.41%)株菌出现多重耐药,共产生5种多重耐药谱。41株肠炎沙门菌通过Xba I酶切共获得24个带型,各带型之间的相似度是26.92%–97.14%,各带型所包含的菌株数不同,同一年份菌株间的同源性较高。结论 兰州市沙门菌血清型呈样性,其优势血清群肠炎沙门菌高耐药和多重耐药严重,PFGE带型复杂多样,呈现出一定的遗传多样性。

    Abstract:

    Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the drug resistance spectrum and drug resistance characteristics of Salmonella enteritidis in Lanzhou and establish a database of some genotypes of Salmonella to provide scientific value for effective prevention of Salmonella infection and treatment.Methods: Firstly, 94 strains of Salmonella were isolated from foodborne active surveillance in Lanzhou City, 2019–2021 by serotyping and biochemical analysis; Furthermore, the drug resistance of 41 strains of Salmonella enteritidis was detected by drug susceptibility testing and pulsed field gel electrophoresis; Finally, BioNumerics (Version 6.0) software was used to cluster the PFGE profiles of 41 strains of Salmonella enteritidis. Results:Firstly, we found that 94 strains of Salmonella could be classified into 20 serotypes, with Salmonella enteritidis as the dominant serogroup, accounting for 43.62% of the total (41/94). Then, the 41 strains of Salmonella enteritidis were generally resistant to quinolone nalidixic acid bacteria (100.00%), followed by up to 80.49% resistance to penicillin ampicillin,the resistance rate to cefazolin was 39.02%,and the resistance rates to ampicillin/sulbactam and tetracycline were 31.71%. But they were all sensitive to imipenem and cefoxitin; 26 (63.41%) of the strains showed multi–drug resistance, resulting in five multi–drug resistance profiles. Lastly, A total of 24 bands were obtained by Xba I digestion of 41 strains of Salmonella enteritidis, and the similarity between the bands was 26.92%–97.14%. The number of strains contained in each band type was different, and the homology between strains of the same year was highly. Conclusion: Salmonella serotypes in Lanzhou are diverse and PFGE band types are complex, and its dominant serogroup Salmonella enteritidis is highly resistant and multi–drug resistant seriously.
