To give reference for safety control of juice drinks in China,the article reviewed the methods being used widely for insurance of the safety of juice and juice drinks. They involved the technique of sterilization, the warning label, the contamination limit and the establishment of GMP,SSOP and HACCP. The notion, request, area of application, the current conditions home and abroad, the merits and shortcomings of each method were discussed.
