Sulfonamides(SAs) is widely used in clinical veterinary medicine and animal husbandry for its broad-antimicrobial spectrum and low price.At present,abuse of SAs has generated potentially serious problems in human health.The paper focused on the sample preparation and instrument testing methods of detection of the metabolites sulfa,summarizing the characteristics of each detection method,scope,advantages and disadvantages.
