Abstract:Cyanocobalamin is widely used in foods and drugs, and it is a necessary nutrient for the human health. It is important to develop determinative methods that are sensitive, distinctive and simple for defining the limit of cyanocobalamin in health food. The chemical methods including derivative spectrophotometry, high performance capillary electrohoresis, fully Automated chemiluminescent system, indirect determination methods and high performance liquid chromatography are introduced in this paper.
