To understand the international administration rule of law on health foods comprehensively and use the successful experiences of supervision on functional foods overseas, the system of management of foods with health claims in Japan is introduced. Advices are also proposed to consummate the law on functional foods in our country, and to accelerate the spread of our health foods in the global market.
