Abstract:In order to investigate bioaccumulation effect of mycrocystin in Cyprinus Carpiol,level of mycrocystin in liver and muscle of Cyprinus Carpiol as well as water sample,were examined by ELISA.The results showed that levels of mycrocystin in liver and muscle samples reached the highest of 1 43 ng/g and 2 53 ng/g,respectively at day 7,and in water at day 4,11 36 ng/g.Bioaccumulation capability of liver was remarkably higher and 3 9 times of muscle at different times and the bioaccumulation coefficient reached the maximum of 3 961 6 at day 35 while the bioaccumulation coefficient of muscle increased gradually from the beginning of experiment and maintained about 800 until the end of experiment.The results of this study provide the scientific base for establishing the Tolerance limit of microcystin in aquaculture products.
