Ｓ２８菌株能较强地分泌胞外纤维素酶，酶活力强。急性毒性试验、蓄积毒性试验、７天经口试验、微核试验及精子畸形分析的结果表明，该酶急性毒性属无毒、无蓄积毒性、未发现遗传毒性。大鼠９０ｄ喂养试验各项指标均为阴性。
Highly effective cellulase can be secreted actively by strain S 28 . The acute toxicity test, cumulative test, micronudeus test and sperm shape abnormality test, ninety days feeding test et al. showed negative results.
