    摘要:

    为了探讨碧萝芷对小鼠免疫系统的影响。采用128只BalB/c雄性小鼠。按体重随机分为8组,每组16只,每四组为1批。每批4组小鼠每天分别经口给予0、5.0、16.7、50.0mg/kg BW的碧萝芷,30d后,第一批小鼠测定足跖肿胀度、抗体生成细胞数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和半数溶血值。第二批小鼠测定NK细胞活性。结果显示,16.7mg,kg BW与50.0mg/kg BW剂量组能明显提高BalB/c雄性小鼠的迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞数、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能、NK细胞活性及半数溶血值,提示碧萝芷能够促进BalB/c雄性小鼠的免疫功能。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effect of pycnogenol on immune system,128 male BalB/c mice were divided into 8 groups randomly according to their body weight,16 for each group,every 4 group was considered as one batch for test.Mice in the 4 groups were orally administrated pycnogenol 0,5 0,16 7,50 0 mg/kg BW d -1 respectively for 30 days.One batch were used to observe foot\|metatarsus thickeming (FMT),antibody formation cell (APC),phagocyte function and 50% haemolysis value (HLV).The other was utilized for examination of the activity of natural\|killer cells (NK).The result showed that groups of 16 7 mg/kg BW d -1 and 50 0 mg/kg BW d -1 were found to have significantly increased levels of FMT,APC,PF,NK and HLV than the control.It was concluded that the pycnogenol can enhance the immunological response in BalB/c male mice.
