The quantity and weight of the feces were significantly increased by the dose of 1.8 g/kg BW. By the concentrate of 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 mg/mL the samples could enhance the spontaneous contraction of duodenum and jejunum of rabbits with bigger amplitude and tension, and resisted the inhibition effect of atropine on contraction of duocenum and jejunum.
