    Abstract:

In the study on the relationship between oxidative stress and development of diabetes mellitus, the diabetes mellitus model of mice was provided. The sugar, fat and thiobarbituric acid reactants in blood of wistar rats were increased, and superoxide dismutase decreased, after given alloxan. The results of intervension of TSP on diabetes mellitus model of mice presents the recovering action. It indicated that oxidative stress was closely related with saccharometabolism and lipometabolism.
