health food industries and 158 kinds of health food in Beijing were investigated.Problems discovered were as follows:shortcomings existing in development,production and quality control;short of definition on efficacy composition.It was suggested that qality and hygienic standards and detection methods of health foods should be developed as quickly as possible.
