Abstract:The limited standards of lead,arsenic,cadmium and mercury Contamination on fish and fish products at home and abroad were compared.The factors of impact in pollution of different region and time were analyzed,The limited standards of lead,arsenic,cadmium and mercury should be revised according to different species,parts of the fish and processing factors.
