Objective To understand the contaminant situation of Listeria monocytogenes in raw meat on the market in Harbin.Method Listeria monocytogenes in 128 raw meats on the market in Harbin were isolated and identificated by three methods of Coloration medium,API reagent strip and PCR.Results A total of 18 Listeria monocytogenes were isolated.The isolating rate is 14.06%.Among them the isolating rate of raw pork was the highest,and reached more 20.00 %.Conclusion The contaminant situation of Listeria monocytogenes...
