Abstract:Objective To explore the situation of foods contaminated by lead and to provide basic data for assessing food-safety and establishing relevant measures. Methods Stratified sampling was used to select 10 kinds of food from 9 districts in Guangzhou city in six types of sampling points,such as catering business,meat markets,retail stores,supermarkets and wholesale markets.
