    目的 了解太湖地区市售饮用水中微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)含量水平.方法 从市场上购买饮用水作为样品,并以自来水、运河水、太湖水为对照,采用间接性竞争酶联免疫吸附法测定其MC-LR含量水平.结果 80份饮用水中MC-LR含量水平在50-88 ng/L范围内,自来水、运河水、太湖水中MC-LR含量水平范围分别为52~71、311~557和617~3033ng/L.结论 无锡地区饮用水中MC-LR检出率最高,常州次之,苏州最低;纯净水和其他水中MC-LR的检出率差异无统计学意义.

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the amount of microcystin-LR in drinking water from Taihu area. Method Drinking water samp les obtained from local markets were analysed by enzyme2linked immunosorbent assay ( EL ISA ). Results In 80 samp les, the amount ofMC-LR was in the range of 50-88 ng/L. The amount ofMC-LR in tap water, river water and Taihu lake water were in the range of 52-71, 311-557 and 617-3033 ng/L respectively. Conclusion There were no significant difference for the positive rate ofMC-LR between the drinking water and the water from other sources. The positive rate of MC-LR in the drinking water from Wuxi region was higher than that from Changzhou and Suzhou regions.
