Abstract:A method for the determination of barbaloin in aloe capsule by fluorescence spectrometry is described for testing health food. The recovery was 98%. The RSD was 2.7%. The proposed method is accurate, precise, rapid and suitable for the analysis of barbaloin in aloe-based health foods.
