Abstract:The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the composite effect of the quantitative graded management system for food services in three cities of Guangdong, explore corresponding pursuing tactics, and test the affecting factor mode. The effect affecting factors mode was adopted to do retrospective study in actual situation during pursuing process in the three cities of Guangdong. The main affecting factors were selected through statistics and analyzed by Pearson chi-square test. There were deficiencies in over 20 indexes such as the degree of standard grasped by supervisors, the supervise system, the realization of expected aim, the propaganda and training, the rate of supervision, and the operability of scheme in all the three cities. The total effect was affected and the implementation of affecting factors and effect evaluation results and actual situations were accordant among the cities, so it can be regarded that the affecting factor mode established by this study can reflect the true environment and has some reference value to tactics of quantitative graded management, also to the further tactics of pursuing this system.
