    摘要:

    为探讨淀山湖、东湖、鄱阳湖水系浮游藻类和藻类毒素的污染及鱼体内微囊藻毒素的富集情况 ,于 2 0 0 0年 7月和 10月 ,采集了上述湖泊的水样和鱼样 ,用ELISA方法对样品的微囊藻毒素进行了测定。结果显示 :蓝藻已经成为上述三大湖泊的优势藻种。发生水华的同一湖泊中 ,10月份水中的微囊藻毒素 (MC)含量 ,显著高于 7月份水中MC含量 (P <0 0 5 )。淀山湖水中MC含量 ,显著高于鄱阳湖水中的MC含量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,后者又显著高于东湖水中的MC含量 (P <0 0 5 )。东湖鱼体中的MC含量 ,显著低于鄱阳湖和淀山湖鱼体中的MC含量 (P <0 0 5 )。鱼样肌肉中MC含量 ,均显著低于肝脏中MC含量 (P <0 0 5 )。本研究为制定水及水产品中微囊藻毒素的安全限量标准 ,提供了科学依据。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the level of pollution by algae and microcystin (MC) of Dianshan Lake (Shanghai City),Poyang Lake (Jiangxi Province),and Dong Lake (Wuhan City),as well as the bioaccumulation of MC in the above lakes,water and fish samples were collected and analysed by ELISA in Jul. and Oct. 2000. The results showed that: 1. Cyanobacteria had become the dominant species in the three lakes. 2. For the same water-blooming lake,MC content was significantly lower in July than that in October ( P <0.05). 3. MC content in water of Dianshan Lake was significantly higher than that of Poyang Lake,while that of the latter was significantly higher than that of Dong Lake ( P <0.05). MC content in fish of Dong Lake was significantly lower than that of Poyang Lake and Dianshan Lake ( P <0.05). 4. MC content in muscle was significantly lower than that in liver ( P <0.05). Our results provide a precondition to establish the allowable content of MC in water and aquatic products.
